BBC Antiques Roadshow specialist - Lennox Cato DL, comes to Kidlington on behalf of Friends of St Mary’s to give us a fascinating insight into The Trials and Tribulations of an Antique Dealer.

Lennox has been involved in the world of antiques all his life, having been immersed in the beauty and styles of bygone eras since a child. In a long career spanning over four decades, he has become a familiar face at London antique fairs as well as a contributor on the longstanding Antiques Roadshow.

Having recently embarked on a mammoth move from Kent to the Cotswolds and setting up new showrooms in Broadway, he has many interesting stories to tell.

This talk will certainly provide a fascinating and entertaining insight into what some people find a baffling profession.

We are honoured Lennox has chosen the Friends of St Mary’s for his first talk of the year. This is a great opportunity to raise funds for the continuing maintenance of this beautiful historic building.
