Dated: 1790 Staffordshire England

Antique pottery jelly core inner mold in creamware from the workshops of Josiah Wedgwood Staffordshire England. Hand painted flower decoration expertly rendered. The mold would have originally an outer utility cover in plain earthenware. The jelly would set on the inner core and be brought to the dining table to be served from.
