Amongst the services offered by Witney
Antiques is the restoration and conservation of antiques
which are carried out in our own purpose built workshop
by a team of highly skilled and experienced craftsmen.
Poor conservation can be very damaging to antiques and
the greatest care is taken with every commission. Our
skills include brass inlay, papier maché, marquetry,
handle copying and antique embroidery. We hold a valuable
source of old timbers and veneers to restore areas of
missing cross banding and small areas of damage to veneers
etc.
