Description / Expertise
Ref: 23653
Red pig skin case fitted with gaming or roulette chips (counters). The box contains two lift out trays each with five compartments housing the gaming chips. In each tray there are two compartments of blue chips (value 1), one of red (value 2), one of mottle yellow (value 5) and one of green (value 10). The box has a drop down front with a discreet small clasping device to shut it, activated by a metal bead at the front under the leather. Along the back rim of the interior of the box the following words are embossed in gilt "Mudie & Sons 15 Coventry Street W.". Other than a little fraying of the material on the drop down lid, the box is in extremely good condition.
