Asparagus Knife (c. 1920 England)

This delightful specialist tool has a double serrated cutting edge and a turned beech handle with a brass ferrule. It has a maker's stamp "Skelton and Co. Sheffield". A rare tool for the collector. Photo two shows it with an asparagus clamp from the Vale of Evesham, which is also available. Few examples now remain.
