Condition

An original firing crack across the top. No damage or repairs to the body. Fired well with good clear surface to the lustre glaze with no signs of wear or scratches.

An early twentieth century rare Poole Pottery lustre candlestick dating from the Carter & Co period at Poole Pottery. Covered in a rich, thick red lustre glaze and apparanly unmarked. A typical Arts & Crafts form with a slender, tapering body rising from a solid square base.
