A fine large original Monaco Grand Prix poster from 1961. This poster has a very contemporary look to it with a black background, striking dark pink writing and a yellow racing driver and car spelling out MONACO. The poster has been backed onto linen and is in good condition.
A rare poster indeed reading “ CHAMPIONNAT DU MONDE DES CONDUCTEURS, GRAND PRIX AUTOMOBILE, MONACO, 13-14 Mai 1961”.
Stirling Moss won the race driving a Lotus-climax.
