Description / Expertise
A good small tent stitch embroidery depicting the Judgement of Solomon. Solomon is depicted wearing cloths of the period with a likeness of Charles I.
Solomon's wisdom was model for kingship, flattering to the Monarch and emphasising his wisdom and the right to rule.
