One of the finest embroidered map samplers of Ireland to have come onto the market in recent years. Each county has been carefully named and delineated with lines of longitude and latitude Worked at Mount Rath the sampler exhibits features associated with Quaker school work displayed in the distinctive form of calligraphy and the floral wreaths forming the two cartouche.
